Bio
Kyle Moffatt grew up in California, starting out on the saxophone at the age of 9. After high school, he attended Berklee College of Music where he earned undergraduate degrees in both performance and jazz composition. He later received his master’s degree in jazz composition from New England Conservatory. At both institutions, he was able to study with and learn from a host of great musical minds, including George Garzone, Jerry Bergonzi, Joe Lovano, Miguel Zenón, and many others. He has performed with small and large groups, Broadway tours, orchestras, rock bands, and everything in between. He currently resides in New York City, where he has lived since 2013.
